San Diego to San Antonio
Being born and raised in San Diego, CA, I've had the privilege to experience a melting pot of super fresh cuisine from all over the world. My cooking style is a reflection life and where I grew up, as I blend the best aspects of diverse cuisines to create delicious eating experiences.
I started my career in the industry working in large scale baking, there I learned how to work in a professional kitchen, honing my discipline for what was to come. From there I landed my first “real kitchen job”, working as a prep cook in a beautiful little farm to table restaurant. I quickly feel in love with turning fresh, local produce and goods into delicious edible works of art.
I came to San Antonio, TX to pursue the next level in my culinary career by attending the Culinary Institute of America. Gaining the formal knowledge along side my industry experience has been my super power. During my time at school I’ve had the opportunity to hone my craft even further at some of the best restaurant and hotels in the city.
My love and passion for food drives me forward everyday, obsessing on the tiny details to pursue perfection. I want to spread my flavors and talent to as many people as possible and show the world what I can do.
