Being born and raised in San Diego, CA, i’ve had the privilege to experience a melting pot of super fresh cuisine from all over the world. My cooking style is a reflection life and where I grew up, as I blend the best aspects of diverse cuisines to create delicious eating experiences.
I came to San Antonio, TX to pursue the next level in my culinary career by attending the Culinary Institute of America.
